#MBGLASU2014: "being the MBGLASU2014 was fun and stressfull" - Queen Idowu Tomisin
Beauty they say goes beyond the physical qualities of anyone butalso the ability to positively affect those around you depicts the heart of a true Queen. Idowu Oluwatomisin Christianah, who was crowned the Most Beautiful Girl in LASU 2014, was able to
portray this when she carried out two major projects, campaign against indecency and "Project Cloth the Slum which took place early this year at Makoko slum. The former was aimed at educating the youths while the later was to help the less privileged in the society.
During an interview with us, it was deduced that the 300 level student of history and international studies have penchant for chatting and meeting people and repulse every wrong doings of life. Stating her hobbies which are swimming and seeing movies. Christianah's reign has MBGLASU 2014 according to her, was fun
and stressful as well, however, is more of the former. She was able to gain the love of the students and also met people of great importance. Although, she never had to go outside the box as a Queen because this could derogate her standards. She added that been a Queen never affected her academics. When the former Queen was asked who her favorite designers are, she mentioned Atmosphere, Versace amongst others. Stating further
that, Fashion is simple a way of expressing one's inner feelings.
Also she disclosed her journey of a year as the Queen of MBGLASU 2014, she said "Its wasn't all smooth but God took control. It was like an adventure which I took part in and it really gave me more sort of exposure". Adding that the new MBGLASU 2015 really worth it. She ended the interview by rendering an advise to students, that they should live life according to its
meaning which is "Live, Inspire, Forgive, Enjoy" she said.
