Sunday Oliseh with the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE trophy.

I head coach of the super eagles in an interview with Brilla FM totally extinguished the rumour making the rounds that he plans on kicking out the powerful Nigerian striker from the super eagles while expressin interest in keeping the dimunitive attacker in the national team in an exclusive interview with Brilla FM.
Recent report emanating from the camp of Emmanuel Emenike revealed that the AFCON 2013 highest goal scorer has decided to call time on his relatively short international career in order to concentrate fully on his club career.

The striker had in recent time come under intense criticicism due to his inability to score goals for the super eagles in recent international matches.
The Super Eagles head coach said that he had received no formal report from the striker and had attempted to speak with the Al Ain of Qatar striker on two occasions but had received no response yet from the striker. Yet,  he expresses optimism that the striker would renounce his proclaimed decision while also adding he would respect the striker decision if he so wishes to retire.
He finally added that fans of the national team should be wary of messages they get from the media, especially, the social media, as news which are vastly untrue are gotten from there about the national team. He stated that he is a private man and always cautious with his interviews so as not to get misquoted by the media.
